Steve and his team did a fantastic job for us. Steve has a great sense of what is going on in the Queen Anne market. His sell strategy was spot on. He follows what kind of buyers are out there and had our home staged accordingly. He and Melissa were great at thinking ahead and helping us plan to get to market and to a swift close. They were always readily available whenever we had a question, a problem to solve or needed a little hand holding. They literally helped us every step of the way. We had already moved so his willingness to keep tabs on the house and help with the details to get our home listed was greatly appreciated. I can't recommend Steve's team strongly enough!

We appreciated the level of service provided to us by the Kennedy team when selling our house in West Queen Anne right as the market turned down in early summer 2022. Rather than blaming external factors for the low activity/lack of immediate sale, they were proactive - tireless networking and open house hosting, carving out time to strategize every potential lead (including calls at all hours), etc - we never felt like a commodity. They understand the Queen Anne market and provided helpful counsel in meeting our goal of selling the house in a turbulent environment, and we wouldn't hesitate to work with Steve and Jen again.

A big shout-out to Steve Kennedy and his team at Compass during a very stressful time as we sold our mother's beloved home of over 60 years. Steve is a long-time Seattle real estate agent, focusing on the Queen Anne area. He and his fantastic team are very knowledgeable of the local housing market and what it takes to sell a house. Steve set a timetable and kept us up to date and on track. He scheduled trusted vendors to help us – trash haulers, movers, pre-sale home/sewer inspector, interior and exterior cleaning. All did a great job at reasonable prices. We met our target listing date and the house sold over list price within a week!

The Kennedy Team sold our home the first weekend we listed it. They went the extra mile to make sure our flyers were spectacular, took excellent photos, adjusted the drone photo to photoshop out a neighbor’s car, dealt with a prickly stager situation, and were completely classy throughout. Highly recommend!
