Steve has been part of the Queen Anne community for over 27 years. He studied Communications at Loyola Marymount University and sang with the Seattle Opera before becoming a real estate broker. Steve has extensive experience in building new construction and remodeling, which means he can help you understand what improvements are possible and the realistic costs involved. Steve enjoys the education process of real estate and prides himself on sharing his expertise freely, helping to make you an expert. Steve has been one of the top 10 agents in the Pacific Northwest for the last 20 years. He is committed to the real estate business and brings his long game. Steve plays an active role in several Seattle Charities and Community staples including Dreams for Orphans, the Queen Anne Help Line, The Queen Anne Farmers Market and the Queen Anne food bank.
When Steve is not helping people buy and sell properties, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sheryl and their two children, Charlee and Connor. Singing with the St. Anne Choir, and playing with his cover band American Standard are two of his greatest joys.

Melissa Klinnert

Melissa has been a real estate broker for over 20 years. She studied Aviation Sciences at the University of Alaska, and is proficient in multi-family, income properties, bankruptcy sales, short sale negotiations, and specializes in equestrian properties. Melissa loves working in the Seattle and Snohomish markets, where she helps clients find the perfect properties for their four-legged kids. She takes her role as a consultant and advocate
seriously and takes the time to help her clients understand the process of buying and selling a property. She is a gentlewoman farmer, enjoying fruit trees and horses on her 2.5-acre mini-farm. Melissa believes a house must speak to you, and will not sell you a home or property you do not love.
Melissa has been married for 23 years to her college sweetheart, and they have two delightful kids, Nia and Andy. She enjoys Morgan horses and exploring the great Northwest on one of her trusty mounts. When she is not riding or hiking, she volunteers with Snohomish 4-H. Melissa also loves to cook and feed people, there is always room for an extra guest or two at her table.

Jennifer has been married to her wonderful husband for over 19 years. She has two young boys, Bo and Ty, and she makes them wear a bow tie every Christmas. When she is not working with clients, Jennifer enjoys watching her boys swim and play soccer, reading, and she belongs to a fun book club. Jennifer has lived more than half of her life on Queen Anne. The first time she visited this neighborhood, she knew she would make it her home.
